Of the 67 Active Listings 22 of them are in escrow under Contingent status. The price per square foot is continuing to improve when comparing the sale prices between this year and last year. Demand has increased and interest rates are still low but you can see the list prices of the active listings are quite a bit higher than the sold prices and this has caused the market to slow down from what we’ve seen over the last few months.
